Loyal Vantage
Loyal Vantage was established in 2018. In August 2019, “R.C. Agritrade Pte. Ltd.” a sister company of Loyal Vantage in Singapore. R.C Argitrade has granted a sole worldwide distributor by Sichuan Rongchun Wine Industry Group Co., Ltd., and in 2019 September Loyal Vantage have granted by R.C Agrtritrade as an Asia Sole Agency distributor focusing on the China market (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau). As an exclusive Asia sole agent, Loyal Vantage can distribute all products from Sichuan Rongchun Wine Industry Group Co., Ltd., and represent the products to other sub-distributors, including retail and corporate customers, as well as introduce, sell, and promote in the agency distribution area.
Product
Baijiu is a clear liquid usually distilled from fermented sorghum or other grains. It is a strong distilled spirit, generally between 40% and 60% alcohol by volume (ABV). Despite being a white spirit, it resembles a dark spirit like whisky in terms of complexity and mouthfeel.
It is the largest spirit category in the world, with 5 billion liters sold in 2016. That number was increased to 10.8 billion liters sold in 2017, according to an analysis by the International Wines and Spirits Record. China’s 1.4 billion populations make it the world’s most consumed Baijiu country. However, it is not well known outside China. The potential of introducing Baijiu to the rest of the world is extremely exciting and exponentially mind blowing.
Marketing Strategy
We have put various processes and plans in place to allow us to compete favourably against our competitors by having an exclusive agreement with one of the renowned distillery in China, Sichuan Hunchun, allowing us to be the sole distributor for their Baijiu.
We will use both traditional print advertisements and internet based strategy to promote our products that the Company is selling. We intend primarily to establish a close relationship with distributors so as to be able to sell to various retailers in Asia. This means that about 85% of our revenue will be generated from the distribution of Baijiu through our sales channels. In order to create an additional source of income, we will generate revenue from other channels such as online portals to provide consultancy and advisory services to our various customers.
Goals
We aim to become the preferred Baijiu distributorship in Asia in the next five years. We will ensure that we adhere to the industry’s best practices through our offering of quality inventory as well as excellent customer service in order to compete favourably against our competitors. We will also ensure that we have a digitized customer database as well as an inventory tracking system so as to optimize the relationship with our suppliers. We also intend to build the best business structure for our business.

Our vision is to become one of the foremost distributors of Baijiu and related products for retailers within the Company’s target markets.
